Puppy Receipt/Contract
The following is the receipt you would receive upon putting a deposit down on a puppy. On this sample, it does state limited/pet AKC. That can change depending on the breed of puppy you put a deposit on as Doxiepoos are not AKC registered.
Puppy Deposit Receipt/Agreement
I, Rachelle Owens (the seller), acknowledge receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 from _________________________(the buyer) to hold the (color, sex, and breed) puppy exclusively for the buyer until the puppy is 8 weeks old on (date). The buyer will pay the remaining balance due for the puppy in the amount of $650 for a total of $850 on (date) by cash upon pick up. The puppy comes with limited/pet AKC registration.
Should anything happen to the puppy before (date), the deposit is refundable in full to the buyer, or the buyer may opt to have the deposit applied to another puppy.
